The hotel has a fantastic location near hoehyeon station and attractions like myeongdong. getting around was super easy. the food was amazing!!! both breakfast and dinner was so great. the beds were comfortable. I slept so well every night.

The staff was friendly. They helped me with my luggage when I arrived at the hotel. I was able to check in about 1.5 hours early. The hotel gave me a free upgrade to a better room.

The check-in area was not comfortable. The hotel used a very strong smell. It was too unlit for my taste. The cupboards in my room smelled musty when I opened them.

the lounge access was a great perk, i especially liked the wide variety of drinks available. the staff were very helpful and the bar on the top floor was a nice spot. i found the location convenient being next to the subway and within walking distance of myeongdong night market (it was about a 10-minute walk).

i did notice the absence of a laundry service, which could be inconvenient for longer stays. it's a minor point, but worth noting for travelers who need to refresh their wardrobe.

The hotel has a cocktail bar on the top floor. It offers a great ambience. the luggage storage after checkout was helpful for planning my activities. the library offered a very relaxing environment (i enjoyed the guitar player there).

The room was cleaned thoroughly daily, with fresh bottles of water provided regularly. the bathroom was roomy and included a bathtub. The toilet had bidet functions. the hotel provided soft pillows that ensured a very comfortable rest throughout my stay.

I found the breakfast buffet to be a real highlight, and it included both western and korean options. the afternoon snack selection had cheeses and salads. a full bar. i appreciated the ability to mix my own drinks or have the staff prepare them. the location was ideal. The airport bus stopped nearby.

the water pressure in the shower wasn't great. it made rinsing off a little difficult after using shampoo. otherwise everything was perfect.

The breakfast options were amazing. i loved that there was a generous and delicious menu with international choices. the happy hour in the evening felt fabulous. We were able to have spirits, wine. some lovely food. i really enjoyed the library setting.

the room was really dark. it was hard to see because i think there should have been better lighting. the ventilation system was also not the best. i smelled smoke in our room a few nights.

the room was spacious with a very good bed and pillows. seoul station is very close to the hotel for easy airport access. there are many options for food, coffee and shopping nearby. the subway stop for line 4 is right next door!!!

i noticed that the hotel had no dedicated concierge service.
